- Domain, existing code, other expenses already incurred, founder developers’ share: $51K.
- Crowdfunding required: $49K – 49 partners @ $1K each.
- Each crowdfunding partner will have lifetime access to the web application.
- Each crowdfunding partner will get 1% share in the venture.
- The app will sell memberships at about $10 to $15 per month or $100 to $150 per year.
- Project will move further only on full funding.
- Membership sale estimated to start within 4 months of full funding.
- Operational breakeven expected in 10 months from full funding.
- Funds usage: $9K – infrastructure; $40K – resource expense for 10 months.
- 2 senior developers and 1 junior developer will work full time on this project for 10 months.
